Just saying the word “Boo-gie” Gives you 2 notes swung? In a very simple way (remembering at one time to learn swing you had to play Glen Miller) of few notes (2 to start) as an intro to the young player inc. Fun. All the devices know to swing and boogie are here inc. the Miller bass line. Trom’s get to solo gliss as a section, and it wouldn’t be so without the straight 8’s at the end all “In The Mood”. The strange sounds on the movie score here to start are the “Finger snaps/clicks” which produces a non-fixed tone.
