How to I become a vendor/seller?

I you wish to be considered as a vendor, please contact us at support@4barsrest.shop. You will need a free Stripe account so we can send you your money from orders made by credit card.

What is Stripe and why do I need it?

Stripe is a low cost online service for secure credit card transactions. Using Stripe allows us to pass your money directly to you following a sale. How cool is that?

How do I add my products?

Once you are an authorised seller you can list the products you wish to sell. You can change them at any time. We’ll walk you through the whole process.

What kind of products can I sell?

Anything music related. You can also sell digital products for immediate download.

What does it cost?

We take a commission of 10% of the selling price of the products sold. Apart from the credit card Stripe processing fees which there is no getting around, there are no other hidden fees.

What happens when a product is sold?

You will receive notification and details of an order placed through the 4barsrest.shop. You send the order to the customer and mark the order as complete.

When do I get my money?

For orders made by credit card you will receive your money into your Stripe account straight away.

How do keep track of my orders?

Each vendor gets their own dashboard where they can monitor all orders and manage their product listings.

Are there any lock in contracts?

Nope.

I’m a small company/sole trader that can’t distribute orders when I’m on holiday. Can you help?

Yes. Just disable your account for the time you are away and enable it again when you return.
