Non-delivery
A non-delivery occurs when a buyer places an order and submits payment, but the seller does not ship the item or does not ship the item to the correct address.
In the event a non-delivery occurs you should contact the vendor directly using the contact details provided on your email receipt. Vendor contact details can also be found on the vendor pages.
Not described
If an item or product is sold to you and is not what is has been accurately described in the sellers product information. In the event you receive an item that does not match what’s been described, you should contact the vendor directly.
Returning an Item
Each seller and business will have their own return policies, which are available on the site. It’s a good idea to make yourself aware of all return polices before purchasing any items.
If you reside in the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling off period’ or a ‘right of withdrawal’ during which you may return an item for any reason.
